Totally remodeled, our extended lanai now has a counter height lanai table & swivel chairs to offer you a great view without the lanai railing getting in your way.

A teak steamer lounge chair is a perfect reading or napping spot on a lazy afternoon in paradise.

Our extensive remodel created a wonderful, open great room concept by removing both the hallway wall as well as the support posts in the old kitchen.

Plasma TV with DVR capability, IPOD docking station and built-in speakers make for high tech entertainment while the new sliders provide easy access to the lanai.

We both enjoy entertaining our friends, so we've opened the kitchen to the rest of the living area. Now we are always part of the fun and even enjoy ocean views .

Induction cooktop, combo microwave/ convection oven, French door refrigerator, separate island ice maker and an under counter refrigerator in the bar area make for easy dining at home.

Buttercream yellow cabinetry and seafoam green granite are the perfect mix for island style cooking.

Of course, the kitchen is fully equipped... we even leave out some of our serving things. Two bar stools make it easy to chat with the cook.

Our reconfigured second bath offers a private guest area that includes custom cabinetry, a full size washer/dryer, granite topped vanity area, full bath with walk-in shower and a twin day bed.

Sliding doors at the entry create real privacy for this large & creative new space.

Our bedroom is another space that has been remodeled. It now boasts a king size, "Sleep Number" bed, wall mounted flat panel TV, a desk complete with filing cabinets & a printer, more custom cabinetry and access to the lanai. New plantation shutters and crown moulding make this a special space.
